Epoxy flooring is a multi-layer resin system that chemically bonds to concrete — not sits on top of it. Unlike paint, properly installed epoxy penetrates and locks into the pores of the slab, creating a surface three times harder than bare concrete and virtually impervious to staining, chemicals, and abrasion.
We use exclusively 100% solids formulas. Every molecule in the can ends up on your floor. The result is a thicker, denser, more durable coating than any hardware store kit can offer.
Hardware store kits are 40–50% solids water-based products. Without diamond grinding they rely on surface adhesion alone. In Florida's freeze-thaw climate that bond fails within 1–3 years. Our system over a properly prepared slab will outlast any DIY product by a decade or more.
Every successful epoxy installation starts the same way — mechanical diamond grinding that opens the pores of the concrete for true chemical adhesion. Skip this step (as most DIY kits do) and the coating will fail within 1-3 years, no matter how good the product is.
Our dust-extraction equipment keeps the job site clean while the grinder profiles the slab to the correct CSP (Concrete Surface Profile) for your chosen coating system.
